Wellz..
Just felt like blogging.. no particular reasons..
hmm...
Ankle condition : better a lot.. but cant play bball for too long.. will hurt as tested today.. but should be well soon..
Studies condition : decided to work hard.. but today still slacked.. did nothing since after sch.. really need some bucking up.. maybe some motivation?? =q
Others : ups and downs.. can be feeling real good one moment and real bad another moment.. hmm.. not good.. not what i should be.. i should be one who can control my emotions well.. hmm.. just suddenly realized that i'm quite lucky in the way i channel my negative feelings..
To destress, at least...
I dun eat and eat and eat and become real fat?
I dun drink and drink and spoil my liver?
I dun hurt and hurt myself until i got no more blood?
I dun cry and cry until my tears dry and my eyes get swollen?
I dun Shout and shout at others and spread the unhappiness? [ only in cases where i unhappy and you dun disturb me.. disturb me, i think you may kanna hell.. =x well...]

anyway just something i learnt during sermon today. Emotions are good but don't let them control you.
3 points to learn from
1. confess it *to God la*(not supress or express it)
2. Fight it (using WOG, accounting to someone who will remind you psalm118:24 another way i forgot le cause never copy down)
